Well I did this here cause this is the only place I can make polls. I dont want this to turn into a fight just say what you use or your favorite.

No Ben blocked everyone form making polls in 42, so that there are not any stilly/stupid one that just clutter up the place.

As for OS, as I know almost nothing of linux thats out, I have to use Windows , but for a short time while in middle school I used a mac (powermac 5500) and the GUI was great easy and simple. I hope to get back into that as soon as my G3 arrives.

Hmm, thats odd. Maybe he did block all but this forum..? If thats true it works out this was the off topic forum before Ben made 42.

I can't make a poll anywhere. :(

Anyway, I prefer Windows XP/2000. I tried Linux out a bit, but it's a bit too hard to work with some of the hardware I have. When there is more support out there for it I may give it a shot, though. Mac OSX is awesome as well.

Also, I think your groupings are a bit off. For example, you have DOS and unix in the same category, and no Windows 9x

If you can change it put linux and unix together, they're more alike then most of the others. Though Mac OS X is really BSD with Apple's own GUI. Also Dos, just select that if you like windows 9x as up to 98 used is as a back-bone.

I love Linux :)
The only problem with it is that a UPS is a must when running it, I found that out the hard way :'(
