Why it's NOT a good idea to build a new case for an XBOX 360

Not wanting to sound big-headed or anything (some of my projects have been a tad embarrasing to say the least!) but that truely is hideous! At least I don't post my hideous failures on the web and make them out to be something good.

Not only that, but the thing doesn't even work (it overheats after a few minutes).

You gotta admire him trying though. I mean, it does look bad, but that's cause it was a bad idea in the first place.

Well if he didn't have the power on/off button there, the heat sink sticking out of the top and better put the fans in the case. But I don't think the person that make that mod was looking to do a clean case mod.

As for case modding the 360, I don't think it's wrong. As the 360 is really based off the Mac design I think if any case mods are done they should make it look like a Mac. Rub more salt in Microsoft's wound.

If any casemod is done for the 360 it should be to a bigger than it is with more fans. The Xbox360 case is it's size for a reason, it's to keep it cool.

Th reason that Xbox dies is because it's all squished together.

Suppose you have to have a sense of humour when you live on this island! Petrol (Gasoline) prices are Â£4 GPB (over 7 Dollars) a gallon! At least nice cars with big engines are cheap though - Got myself a BMW 5 Series for Â£340 GBP (about 600 Dollars). Can't really afford to drive it too far though, but it looks nice on the driveway
