Battery pack for a Mini-itx PC

Post by Squalid »

Has anyone know if this is available?

A battery pack that plugs into the power port of a laptop style power supply, so that it powers the PC without mains power?

Making a SaturnPC, but thinking of attaching a touchscreen monitor to it using battery power (Portable SaturnPC!)

I think I know what you're looking for, but I also think it doesn't exist at the moment. Some online stores sell premade battery packs designed to interface with laptops, but at only a specific voltage. What voltage do you need?

A Mini-ITX system, or a system with a Via CPU, should be relatively easy to power with a few batteries.

EDIT: Yeah, what he said!!! ^
