cheap tv

I was on ebay and saw a cheap portable tv

but when i reas the description it said it did not power on

i was wondering if this was a fixable problem

Well if he fried it, you can jump a fuse and it will work. If he dipped it in a chlorine bath, then probably not.

Ask him when it stopped working and ask for any indication of why.

Sometimes. It depends on why. If it's a disconnected cable, easy. If it's something complicated (like the board fried), it's hard.
