ther are 13 audio and video and controler pins on my super joy 3 NOAC all of the diagrams i have seen have 12 pins listed and the first seven pins are player two pins so i dont know help!!!

13 pins?! What type of NOAC do you have, and are you sure you counted right? Plus that sounds about right haveing the controller pins, then audio, video, ground, and reset (not nescesary). Did that help?

No there are 13 pins i counted many times and its a super joy 3 and no that dosent help because i dont now wich is wich becuase i cant find a diagram like mine

Pin one has a sort of elongated shape, perhaps you mistook it for two seperate pins?

nop it it still has the ribon cable on it and the ribon cabel has 13 wiers

Are two of them on the first pin? If so, you can treat it as one...just use two wires to connect it...
