No, you need to get one so you can sign on. PSO=MMORPG. It's kinda like WoW, you need to pay to get an account to use the game. Except PSO also has an offline mode. The other games that use LAN connection can be hooked up to the internet for free, but need a lot of setting up, and people using gcn games are hard to find in xlink-kai. Try warppipe for Mario Kart or Kirby.

The bba is hard to find, at nintendo's online store, it's 35.00. At gamestop.com, its 3.00 used (backordered). On ebay, it goes for upwards of $40.

the price stupid its really expensive some places :( and it only is 3$ if they have it in stock :D

not on PSO, you can use it to Lan with outher gamecubes useing a pipeline, but since PSO is the only game thats actual online play it dosn't matter.

I have no clue what youd want a bradband adapter for , but I was jsut going to use it for LAN :wink:
