Did you know this is going to be a leap second year? Really! The clocks are off by a second, so we're going to go right from 11:59:59 to 12:00:01!

Hehe, 20 mins till 2006 here in Nova Scotia, Canada. I always found it fun when I was little to call people back in BC where my reletives live and say I was calling from a year in the future, they always got a kick out of that.

Actually bic, you're wrong. A leap second is an extra second in the year. 23:59:59 is going to repeat once before we hit 0:00:00. Read the Wikipedia article on it. This is the first one since 1998(some before that were 1997, 95, 93, and 92)

BTW, I thought I had mentioned something about this year's leap second, a couple months ago.
