Yet another Sony PSOne Screen Problem
Today I accidently reversed the polarity going into the screen, so i bypassed the fuses. Now all i see is a black lcd screen, with no backlight nor sound. What should I do? Im not tooo concerned about the backlight, but the lcd and sound are what Im really worried about. Thanks!

impaint, I've done the same thing many times, heh. Your screen/LCD is probably fine (always was in my case) but I'm suprised to hear it damaged your amp. Check the 7805s to make sure theyre both outputting correctly. and wire in (by that, I mean 3 wires) a headphone jack because the audio amp powers the headphone jack differenly (internally) than the regular speakers. If you get headphone sound but not speaker sound I have a fix I devised. Let me know and I can tell you the fix (not hard).
ALSO: To prevent this problem in the future ALWAYS have a 1N4001 Diode on hand. If you connect it in series with the power input to the screen it works as a polarity protection circuit!
The Anode side faces the screen input if I remember correctly..
