Unusual Question

Okay, here goes...

I need to switch between the necks on a doubleneck guitar I need wiring for. I have two humbuckers for each side, and I need to have one master pickup selector switch for both of the necks. I also need to switch the output between the two sets of pickups to the output jack. Would I need a 4P4T switch or some other kind of specialty switch, and could someone maybe provide a schematic as to how I could wire this?
