A VGA box (Not just some quick modding like what is capable with the XboX 360 for example) would be needed for being able to use this with a portable, wouldn't it? And then in affect it would also raise up costs and size of the portable.

Not the best portable screen solution. Hmm...

Someone here should put forth the cash. I would consider spending 20 or more dollars for one, but I dont want to spend 15/each for 10.

hmmm.. so if a few members got together they could get some cheap LCDs for something..like portable PCs I guess

$15 each isn't bad after shipping, but having no money kinda sucks

How are these good for portablizing though? I mean aren't they big? If you plan to make a PCp, wouldn't you rather buy a laptop instead.

their big, i would say LED mod em and use em for something cool. i would consider getting em but im broke and have other more pressing things

but laptops aren't handheld, they're...well.. laptops
I myself would mainly use a PCp as a emulationstation

I, if I had the money, would buy them all, run a VGA Hub (Do they even make those, split a VGA signel up 10 times?) and cables through out my house and install them flush with my walls, Then I would install little laptop touchpads under them so I could controll my computer from anywhere in my house... Damn me and my amazing ideas... and lack of cash
