planning on making a n64p

I am planning on making a n64p, but am wondering about the best way to do a case, I have looked at all the tutorials I could find, and have gone through all the forums, but I am still undecided. I kinda like the look of the case at the top of that one tutorial (can't remember the link), but it turned out it was just an idea, not a case anyone had made. Suggestions anyone?

Also note: vacuum forming may be out of the question.

Anyway I'm going to try and fix this derailed thread (we need to stop doing this!).
The tackle box is one of the easiest as all you do is cut holes, you can also look into Project boxes at RadioShack, or make one. The final option is like if you have skill with wood/metal, have plexy/acrilic or you can do a case mod as one member is famious for (name excapes me now) it being you put everything into the orignal case.

i make an n64 once.. it was like green or some thing. no, it was clear.. or blue... but not yellow, no thats not even orange.

so the point is you need to make a case from any thing you find. like make it from your hart... well not your hart, no i think i ment hat you can make one from a hat.. think it now a hat portable. with a brim and every thing.
