yes he did. he has pictures of it running on his site. all you really need to buy is a screen and a rechargeble battery.

considering it didn't have a case yet, I couldn't really do much with it.
This was the final case design. Once I get a new ps2 I'll design a new case.

For the most part yes. The battery he had to buy as the PS2 doesnt have one, the only other thing is that he put on I believe a PC heat-sink on the GPU.
