Are there any alternate Lizard of Death download locations?

Because I'm going to remove it from the server to help ease the pain of the recent high-volume of traffic. As long as I know it's floating around SOMEPLACE I think it's safe to remove from here.

IM me or reply to this is anyone knows.

Spongbuell has it on his site, though is the GamePark32 movie formate. If he could drop a line telling us how to convert it or if there is a compatible PC player I dont any problem with droping it form benheck.com.

Maybe he could host the non-existant "The Adventerous" trailer. Though the fact it dosn't exist kinda makes it had to host...

I guess we could host it on Doomportables. Since Spongebuell or me can't login to the controll panel we can't monito bandwidth though. If I host it on my site I could at least monitor the bandwidth so it doesn't effect my site

Is anyone interested in coverting The Adventurous to a web-friendly format? As I've mentioned the original files play fine in Windows Media Player but I can't import them into Premiere and it's 4 gigs of file size. I could burn and mail a DVD of the data, though...

It would be good to digitize the ORIGINAL "Adventure" I did in 96 but it was linear reel-to-reel equipment.

I haven't worked much with video converting, but I have used virtual dub and that's probably the best software to do it with

I think that Spongebuell has more experience with it than me though.

yeah, VirtualDub is definitely the way to go when you want to compress videos. I'd be happy to help you with it.

At least, I think that codec will work. If it looks really bad with green squares and all, try playing it in the virtual dub program I have at the second page.
