Sound?
Hey, i have an IBM Thinkpad, and the only speakers I have are ones that are built into the Computer, I want to make them LOUDER, Is there a Type of Program that can do that for me? (I already Tried google, and I already Adjusted my Audio Settings)

Tough. 
The hardware limits the volume because if you crank it too loud the speakers may get overloaded, or you'll burn something out.
Plus if you overdrive the speakers they will sound like crap.
If the speakers aren't loud enough for you, try wearing headphones. (or clean your ears
)
