Well they finally arrived, took them long enough. (The seller claims half his staff was out with the flu). Anyways I tried them all right away and only one turned one and it didn't even have a picture. I thought I would just be out of luck so I started ripping one apart. After checking a lot the backlight was dead but the screen was getting an image just a looping one. I got over it and tried another one that bingo worked minus the backlight too. So it is looking like they might work with new backlighting but, man what a pain.

no back light? i'll probably get one w/o backlight for $10+shipping later. dad has the paypal and i just got a big N64 lot and he probably doesn't like me freqently buying stuff online. so can i have a non-lit one cheap? i don't need a backlight or audio, i'm using it for a projector

Lol everyone is ready to buy them even though they don't have backlights. Like I said I have only made it through the testing of 2 of them. Also as I said before if they work I have plans for most if not all of them. So selling them hmmmmm we'll see but not now.
