Ebay is weird sometimes...
A few months ago I bought a factory sealed PSone LCD for $30 or so delivered. I saw this on ebay last week and thought it would be a great candidate for a LED mod and would sell for $10-15 shipped. Wrong, it's going for more than my brnd new one!

Hey, I was bidding for that one
I got outbid by that n00b dbadpenrith.
Lol, when I saw your bid I thought you were trying to hook in bidders to see what sort of competition you had.. I had supected that was just an unserious bid, and you were gonna bid near the end of the auction again according to what kind of respones you got.
I guess I overthough that a bit too much XD
Atleast I made that guy pay a lot more than he had bargained for

I use a sniping service, but still consider it "rude" to have my first bid come in 3 seconds before the auction closes. I'll place a bid at first to let everyone know I'm interested, then snipe away.

I never bid untill the end, it just raises the price, and who wants to do that?psychotic_mechanic wrote:I use a sniping service, but still consider it "rude" to have my first bid come in 3 seconds before the auction closes. i have 80 systems and none off ebay
PlayChoice games 50/54 37 toppers
Acouple people seem to think this but how is putting a bid on something cheating, even if you use some sort of service. You're shopping, not rigging an election or something. I assume these services take your 'max bid' but dont apply it till the last second, right? your still not going to win if the price goes over ur amount because it wont make the bid for you. Whats the point, other than the fact the current winner doesnt have any idea that the item has a contender till the last minute. If thier bid is still higher it wont matter.elliott wrote:I consider using a service is cheating
