Really get started in electtronics.

Hello I am very interested in electronics so one day found this site I read it for a few months eventtually became a member. I've learnt a lot of this but I like to learn more. Like how to make a flasy light (you know blink on blink of) and all that stuff. Does somebody know were to learn it. (on the internet and in a language that I actually understand.
