new Video mod

I have tried the new and improved Atari 2600 video mod. I am having some difficulties :
I have done the same as described excepts for :
Output Chroma and Lumina separate for S-video.
Resistor not disconnected on board.

I have a 2600 Junior Atari 1983 Rev C.

I can't find the corresponding resistor to disconnect by looking at the picture since i have a junior and i see no points of reference. I didn't disconnected them. Do you think it still should work ?

I have tried the output Video with an "video adapter" to see if my s-video "modification" could be the problem but i have the same results, which is telling me the problem isn't there.

The problem is... kind of out of sync, the image doesn't stop moving, distorded, etc...

I have plugged the +5 volt at the pin 23 from cartridge. Does the ohm quantitys have to be the exact amount or can be a little bit different ?, i mean like 368 instead of 370, etc..

Could this be my 2n4401 fried ? How can i test it ?

Resistance values are never dead on, after all, resistors typically have a tolerance of 5%; so if you are aiming for 370, you are doing good if you hit between 351 and 389 (5% either direction). Typically, though, you'll do much better than 5%.
