It's still snowing, but we're getting thunder and lightning. :? WTF?
You know as long as you have an imbalance in eletrons between the ground and the clouds you'll have lightining and the resulting thunder, doesnt require it be a rain storm.

Happily we dont have a ton of snow drop here, I got enoug of that last winter when I had trouble entering and exiting the driveway because of the snow that was on the ground.

I dont know if there are many of you that will go out and "play" in the snow but with all the snow you could have a mad snowball fight and if we get maybe a foot here I could make an igloo.

Well yeah, I just never heard it on the forecast.

We got about 6-8 inches. We were originally supposed to get 4 or 5. Damn you Pete Bouchard you lied again! :P

Well after we clear the driveway and stuff, I'm going to rebuild that sledding hill, off of a dirt hill in the yard. I just hope I canget itcoated with ice like I did last year. We just need to get a new saucer sled, the old one got run over last spring.

Darn. I had 'delayed opening' instead. My school will not close unless the snow is more than 2 feet. NY rocks, yo!
Shhh! I'm not officially back yet.

Damn straight. But I live in Indiana, a little town called Churubusco(aka Turtle Town) and we got a foot of snow. And our snow plows come at 10:45 today when school would've started and hour earlier.
No way! I was born in Churubusco! My mom lived there all her life, then when when I was 1 year old my dad got offered a better job, and we moved to Kokomo. Pretty cool coincidence!

Shoot, I live in Chicago. We got hit with that same exact storm last night and this morning the streets are perfectly navigable. I guess we just have a great Dept of Streets and Sanitation.
I got like 14" in CT.

Harshboy: cm = centimeter, a Metric unit of measure. Roughly 2.5 cm = 1 inch
