yea, they have AAs up to 2500mah now. I noticed a weird thing last night though...they are *slightly* larger than regular size AAs, maybe only half a mm but it make a huge difference in fitting them in tight places (like sliding compartments).
My favorite batteries are the portable DVD player Li-Poly cells they have out now. Initial makes 7.4v 6A ones that are so thin and light its amazing.

Well, the thing is that I'm trying to debate releasing it for free, or seeing about manufacturing it...greedy, I know, but I gotta eat... Plus I am scared that if I release it, someone will steal it and market it. Anyone can see these forums, and more people will see the design, esp. with the attention to this site from Bens book.
for now at least, I have to safeguard my designs....
That and it uses really cheap and common ICs.
The technology has probably been around since the 1960s or 1970s. lol
