Where to get a genesis cart connector?

Includes but not limited to: SNES, Genesis, Sega CD, PlayStation 1, Nintendo 64, Dreamcast, Game Gear and I guess the Virtual Boy.

Where to get a genesis cart connector?

Post by Haru »

I want to do a radica mode for a nice portable gen. But I don't know where I can find a genesis or the like cart connector. I certainly don't want to rip one out of a genesis. Any help?

I've heard those Radica/Genesis things have lots of compatability problems. It might be a better idea to just use a real Genesis. :)

-Old consoles
-Digikey
-Game Genies
-Sonic & Knuckles cartridges

Most 64-pin card-edge connectors with a .1 pitch will work.

Check the Stickies when you're looking for answers. ;)

And yes the Radica is incompatible with games like Sonic & Knuckles, Virtua Racing, and some of the others that rely on direct hardware access.
