That's definitely NOT the right way to go about it. Shoot, growing up I got hit with the belt many times. Why? Because I was disresrepectful and opened my mouth saying things that I should not have.xxxeagle wrote:I wish I could hit him back I am 6' he is 6'1 and at least 40lbs more than me. I will hit him back next time (hopefully there won't be one) and do as much damage as I can. I'd just rather not have to fight at all.
If you were to go to the police and tell them my father hit me because I cursed at him, the police would laugh and take you home. Next thing you know, you are in more trouble. Every parent has different ways of expressing there love and raising a child, but no matter what, you are in THERE home and you MUST abide by THERE rules whether fair or not. Nothing in life is fair...but remember, you are the child and they are your parents. They have the responsibility of making sure you are okay til the day they pass away. Even after you are 18, they are and always will be your parents and must always make sure you are okay. As you get older, you'll see what's happening and what's involved in life. It's tough, i understand, but keep your head up, and respect them no matter what (even when it does seem difficult and you think they are wrong).
