Post by Triton »

ImageImage its not really hacking the gp2x, the normal stick top is removable so i took it off and replaced it with a modded superpad 64 stick top :D it feels really nice to use too!

the original stick aint bad but its not too good either, its convex and not very grippy, the edges are almost sharp its small and the base part is too low and wide make it hitting left and right a bit hard.

With all these topics about the GP2x we may as well make a forum for it. On topic that looks nice, and it may not be a hardware mod, but remember there are such a thing as cosmetic mods. And you should put it on something like hackaday, if they consider replacing a LED on the 360's controller a mod, they should consider what you did a mod.

Me likey likey! It looks a lot better than the normal pad/stick thing for sure. I think Gamelver did something like this for his PSP, but he used the C stick from a GC controller.
