PSone screen

Post by Harshboy »

Ok, i did like tons of Google searches, but does anybody know where i can get the AV in cable for the PSone screen? It's the cable that lets you plug in cameras and other game systems and stuff.....

I think its just a mini-rca in. That means that you get the a/v cable that comes with a camcorder and get an adaptor that makes it so that the plugs on the end are male plugs. Then Just plug female a/v plugs into the male plugs.

Why not just hack in good ol' RCA jacks?

Daleighan is correct... That IS the right plug for the PSOne screen's AV input.

It takes a rather wierd plug that has FOUR electrodes on the plug (Because of Stereo and video) instead of the usual three.

So you get To enjoy your small screen WITH the luxury of STEREO SOUND. NICE.

if you use a stereo cable, it just gives you mono audio. for testing purposes this is fine

and yes harshboy, that will work

Actually, if you have mono sound, you only need one package, because there's 2 in it.

Try Toys R Us if you have one near you. They had a bunch of old PSOne stuff lying around. You know, stuff like battery packs, ac adapters and other junk.
