SNES lamp.

Post by Kurt_ »

Well since I fried the motherboard of my SNES, there was just an empty case lying around...

Then I read somewhere on this site that somebody made a PS1 lamp, and I was like "HEY!!! I CAN DO THAT BUT BETTER!"

(Because everybody knows SNES is way cooler than PS1)

So it was born:

Just like the PS1 lamp, the on/off controls the light.

I was gonna make a funky nintendo lampshade with Mario, Samus, Link and them on it, but I ran out of the special printy paper.

Yeah, That was me with the ps1 lamp.. It sold for a wopping $5.00,
I was just glad it found a good home. I was going to put a shade on mine, but the only one that looked decent was like $20.00 and i wasnt going to spend that much.

Nice job anyway...

Does yours turn on/off with the original power button like mine did?

Yeah, thanks for the idea :P

I was gonna make it so it flickered when you hit reset, and something (I don't know what, maybe the lightbulb) popped out when you hit eject.

Meh...good enough for me!
