NES Cart Mini-Video Game Rom System?

Post by josh »

today i held a nes cart and it felt a bit like a gameboy.
so i opened it up and now i plan to put a small screen, some buttons, and maybey something that i can load roms from my PC onto and play them on it.
this is my 2nd portable my first was the portable atari-flashback.
(if this is in the wrong place just move it :) )

That, my friend, would be an insane use for a NES cart. Make a NOAC portable in there instead. I did, and even though it's gone, it was a pretty cool portable.
Shhh! I'm not officially back yet.

For under $10 you're best bet is looking around stores in your area. Big Lots, Rite Aid, CVS, Walgreens, and other semi-nationwide chain stores like those sometimes carry NOACs. But the easiest NOAC is the Super Joy III which is about $22.86, maybe less if you can snag one off ebay. (good luck with the Christmas rush)

For the label, I think Windex + a razor blade can get it off.

(what usually happens to me)
