hey just joined

Post by Steve-o »

Hi, I'd just like to say that I joined the forums, and that I'm going to attempt to build an NESp from the book. I found the site one day from my cousin, I was immediatly interested in it, and I have ordered the book off of amazon. I've already read the rules and stuff, just never joined, but as of now I am. I've never really cracked open a system, so I have no idea what I'm doing, so I'm hoping I can rely on a little help. But I have done my research which is good.
PSp is about 70% done, just have to do the controller and case.

Yay! A newbie who does his homework before asking "what are sodder", "ps2 plz" and "how I mine for fish?" !

Welcome aboard. It's good to see someone actually read the stickies and the rules and stuff. far too few new members take the time to do so. :)

Welcome to the forums good luck with your nesp and let me just say this sight will either
1. consume your life and be all you think about forever(like me and just about everybody who posts frequently :D,
2. you will forget about it and never come back.

I think we all hope it is the first one :D

I started building a NESp (not finished cause I only have a crappy psone screen clone which is not good enough)
and a C64p (not finished but working on it)
External Computer ERROR
please replace User
C64p Pal:
I've build some connectors for disk and keyboard, the screen has been taken apart and the case has been modded a bit

Welcome! Nes-p's are easy, if you use a NOAC. If using a real NES, they can be hard.
Shhh! I'm not officially back yet.
