I was surprised that no one attempted this so it'll be great to do this. I know they have a portable system already called the turbo express, but it's not the same, imo. My project will be portable, yes, but it'll be a big portable mainly cause of the design i have in mind and also, the original mb is pretty big too. The current design in mind is going to be similiar to an arcade machine, but it'll be a miniture version. The backup design is similiar to other common portables you've all seen, just long though.
Everything is almost set to build, I just need to wait for a new controller to arrive and a case I ordered that'll be modified. More to come in the following days from assembly to power requirements and so on.
But like you did, you made a portable genesis and it was to your liking which makes it better. I want this to be to my liking as well even though it may be a bit bigger than your average portable.
You told me afterwards you wanted to do the same thing.
