Today And Tommorow Are Probably The Worst Days In My Life...

Post by Jeff »

It seems that the whole custody thing will be worked out as a temporary solution till August.

I will go to my Dad's, my bro will stay here. Its crap that after all this the lawyers are leaving it to the courts, who are doing this now. I'll get to see my bro 3 times a week, so its not horrible, but you know.

Theres stupid stuff too, like me losing the PS2/Xbox/one of my Computers/1 GBA, but thats not the end of the world, I couldn't give a copulate right now.

So I have this, and the fact one of my friends is scared of me because I'm actually talking more then I used to, so she thinks I'm coming on to her (which I'm not, I just never talked from grades 6-Cool.

Add the fact that I have a cold and a stomach virus, and my brothers beating on me, and you get the worst day of my life.

Could this day get any worse?

yes, your day could get worse......but even if it doesn't, that still really sucks, so my condolence to you, jeff.
Without games my life would have no meaning.
Well, I guess it would, but it would be a lot less fun!!!!!!!

Well, things can only get better from this point, I would guess. I really can't offer much advice since I've never been through something like this before. Just keep going man. At least you don't have to listen to your mom all the time now.
The cold will go away (and is prolly affecting how you feel abou this a lot. Colds do that).
Tell your brother to back off, you aren't feeling up to it. I know that never works with brothers, but it's worth a shot. Or do what I do, beat him back x2.

I thought you disliked your brother, as he is a manipulating bastard, why does it sadden you that he'll be living at a different residence?

One of my friends went through a rather annoying... not really custody battle but more of a custody compromise. His mom and dad split up when he was young and he lived with his mom most of his life going to his dads on weekends according to his custody crap. Now he doesn't hate his dad, he just thinks hes a bit of an ass most of the time. So last year his mom passed away from cancer and so he is 17... not legal age to live on his own but luckily legal age to decided where he wants to live. He ended up staying with his moms common-law husband so everything worked out in the end... It still sucks for anyone who has to live through it, but it's better than some peoples lives.

You know how brothers can be, it's fight fight fight untill something really crappy happens.

Because he's my brother, I don't care about what he does at the end of the day.

Do you have a brother? It seems like if you do, you would understand. My brothers are the most annoying things ever to walk on four limbs. But I still love them, and if I had to never see them again, that would just suck so bad.

You're lucky. Your brother never pointed a loaded gun in your face. That did for me.

ANYWAY, you're house could blow up, and that would be much worse, right?
hmmm...

I have a sister. If I had a brother that bugged the hell out of me and held the "go to jail if you touch me" line over my head, I wouldn't care if he got somewhat hurt (not all-the-way hurt, just somewhat).

wow....I know that feeling, in a way :|....my friend was throwing stuff at cars (like little berries or something, from a tree) and he hit one and it stopped, so we went and hid (this is at night). anyway, the guy came out of his truck, pulled out a gun, pointed it at us (er, he found us first :P) and yelled at us to go sit on the driveway while he called the cops. I started walking, and he grabs my friend, puts the gun to his head, and starts dragging him to the driveway. I follow him, and try to calm the guy down (I don't think I really got much out of my mouth.....really friggin' scared). anyway, the cops came, and after putting his gun away, he told 'em we were throwing rocks at his car (which was partly true, except it wasn't rocks). anyway, our parents were called and what not, but before I left my friend and I made sure we told him our account of the story. apparantly, the guy didn't tell him he pulled a gun on us and held it to my friend's head.....the cop was just stunned...as was I :P. man, what a crazy night that was...

He walked by with a gun (a .22, but that's, what, eight of my skulls?) and I made a safety comment, he made a smart-ass gun safety comment, I said "Oh yeah, THAT'S going to stop you." and he made a sarcastic "DUH I DON'T KNOW HOW TO USE A GUN!!" thing and pointed it, loaded, safety off, AIMED at my HEAD, at me. And he tripped. He could have killed me. Because I made a harmless joke in good taste.
Now it's another bygone to him, but not me. He can take is assery, and keep it. I'm done.
