The ways to get a Free thing

Post by gamer2 »

I have noticed a lot of www.free****s.com sites and i figured i would compile a list of ways to get free things

1.Birthdays and Christmas/Hanukka, this is one of the hardest way of getting some thing expensive unless you are eather spoiled or rich, It deals with a lit of begging and potential brown-nosing to get what you want

2.Stealing, Not legal, but if you dont get caught, good for you

3.Friends broken things, If you are tech savvy and a friend or family member gives you some hing they think is broken but you get it working, well you got something for free (that is how i got my Laptop)

4.Not used anymore, When a friend or familly member gets bored with some thing they may just give it away if your lucky they may give it to you

5. Win, This creats a lot of work, weather it is a prize in a Fund Raiser or at a carnival it will create a lot of work for you but it is worth ever minute

those are the 5 ways to get something free,

if i for got something please tell me

Gambling, ***DEFINATLY!*** not safe, I have probably broken even while playing poker with friends. (Usually 8 - 10 man dealers choice 5$ + 5 more if you lose and want to buy back in.) Anyways I just wanted to share with you guys that I won like 40$ last weekend and I dont play for the money, mind you its fun winning. So technically, you can get something free for nothing... at the price of eternal damnation of your soul.

I won a TV/VCR combo about 4 or 5 years ago worth around $400 (these were when they were just catching on). Got it during my school auction as one of those door prize thingys.

I'm getting a job at rogers soon, Canadian version of a blockbusters. Should get me enough money to party every weekend. Or save up for college, the ultimate party.

Free stuff, eh?
For Gamer's list, I add my analysis of each option:

1. Free, unless you have to buy something for the giver or risk feeling like crap. So, not free.
2. Free, unless going to jail or always having to check your back doesn't float your boat. So, not free.
3. Free, unless you consider fixing it to be work. So, not free.
4. Free, unless (see 1.)...
5. Free, unless "lots of work" means not free. So, not free.

For Sam...
Gambling: Free, if you win. So...

Peace and freedom.

If Rogers Video is the Canadian Version of Blockbusters, how come we have 1 Rogers Video for every 50 or so blockbusters? :P

Well think about it Rogers (R) is a big corporation in Canada, they are just dipping into all the pools to get the most profit possible.
