Vacuum Forms for sale

Post by gannon »

I'm building 2 vacuum forms to sell. They will have a 1000 watt heating element and a 10x16 forming area. The total dimmensions will be around 12"x18"x8". They will be box style and will fold out into 2 haves.
Post here if you want to buy one, I still have to add up part cost, so I should be able to post the price sometime later today or tomorrow :)

Edit:
Price is set at $45 plus shipping :)

I'm interested. I'll see if I can shell out the money depending on the cost.

You know the way things are going, when Ben's book comes out he may have to add a trading post as quite a few of you here are selling portablizing equiment.

I definitely want one. I was going to have to build one very soon anyways. I'm sure you won't charge more than you have to for the shipping. Let me know how you want to coordinate this if you still haven't found buyers for them all. Thanks.

I have checked it out, and shipping within the continental U.S. will be around $20. It's a little high, but I think that's because of the size and weight of it :(

ok, shipping to Canada will be $35 U.S. :) so, $65 for the americans, and $80 for the canadians.
The first 2 people to reply with a definate yes were Scherzo and cennar, if anyone of them backs down next it goes to Sparkfist and then to GOG :)

I'm interested, but I've never made my own vacuum foam case before. Would you be able to walk me through the process if I buy one? =)

Is that the thing to make cases out of ABS plastic that some people here use (like dkap01)?

If so, I might also be interested in getting one.

Also, a little off-topic, have you managed to get retailers for the PSOne Screens gannon?
