Why are people posting in this if they dont like the thing? Do you go to the birthday parties of your enemies and say "Congrats, one year closer to your death?" I doubt it.

Only thing I don't really like about the DS (and this is technicly the developers fault not the DS's) is that Metroid has been pushed back even further. It was supposed to be a launch title but it's been pushed back a year and will prolly not be coming out for another 6 months...

I've had my DS for almost a year (after Christmas is when I got mine). I need to get Mariokart DS or at least get my butt in gear and get the N64p done.

Isnt it scheduled for a March release? I think it was an October or November '05 release back when I got my DS.

Not sure, It was November, but then Nintendo decided to do WIFI over the internet so they decided to push it back so they could add online support and new maps. A perfectly valid reason, I might add but I still want to play it :D .

Its doing a crapload better than the Virtual Boy ever did, especially in Japan. Over 3,500,000 units sold in Japan alone. I don't have the US figures, and I'm sure they're not that high, but its still selling here. Happy birthday, DS. How I love thee!
