The thing I keep telling everyone is for it's size the analog and how flat it stays to the PSP it's very good. Id rather have that very flat thumb stick over a giant thing that sticks out about an inch.

I have gta: lcs and mario kart ds and I am thoroughly addicted to both of them but even though I hate the ds, mario kart ds is about the best handheld game I have ever played especially because of the online element. Gta:LCS is good, but not great. The best PSP game is still Lumines or Burnout Ledgends.

I wanna try Kingdom of Paradice and Katamari when it gets released in the US. Thats the only problem with getting a PSP 9 months after it's launch, theres too many good games out. :D

Im playing lcs right now its really fun but I just noticed a dead pixel so Im bringing my psp back for a different one. If they just let me take one out of the shelf I am going to grab the gigapack instead unless they notice.

Also is anyone else disapointed with the sampler disk? The game demos are just videos it would be nice if there was a playable demo.

one dead pixle? Most stores require you to have 6+ dead pixles before you can take it back.

I would try this video before you take your PSP back, some people have had sucsess with it.

http://www.psp-vault.com/Article168.psp (these only work on stuck pixles, dead ones can't be fixed... well because they are dead)

Really? I Do they check the system for how many dead pixels? I am cleaning the screen right now I think it may just be something on the surface but its not coming off. Ill work at it for a while and if I cant bring it back Ill run that dead pixel video I think someone mentioned it on here before.

It depends where you got it, it's always worth a try, it also might be dust under the screen, but this is one of the most uncommon ailments, now you have to remember, the only people who post about dead pixles in the forums are people that actuly have them, it's only about 20% of the PSPs that have them, but, if you only have one it might not be worth takeing it back because it could have more.

Don't want to make it seem more of a problem than it is, you might have just got one that had been left over from the first couple of shipments.

It was just a peice of dust. It took forever to get it off with the cleaing cloth though. I plan on buying some screen protectors today so I dont scratch up my screen. Hows the web browser I havent got my wireless router yet?

I don't have mine yet (exsept that im totaly obsessed with the PSP and my DS for that matter of fact)

If you want a screen protector the best you can get is the one by Hori, they make the best ones you can buy and you can get them at EB games or off the EB games website.

I am going to give you a tip for applying the protector. I work in a vinyle sign shop and I found out this is the way they apply the vinyle without any bubbles.

Clean the PSP the best you can so theres no dust (do this somewhere clean like a kitchen table or somewhere without carpet). Then line up the protector the way you want it. Lightly press down one side (prolly the side near the analog stick). Then slowly let the other side down keeping it tought, as your doing this slowly apply the protector with the cleaning cloth, if you notice a bubble. Lift it up till you can press the bubble out.

Sorry if this sounds confusing  I tryed my best.

From what I head the browser is awsome, you can use the analog stick just like a mouse. Only problem is you have to use the darn on screen keyboard.
