it might have to do with when the site was down. Or, check your profile settings.

*sigh*....didn't you guys hear the big news? benheck.com is now officially in "THE FUTURE!!!" so whenever you post, you post into "THE FUTURE!!!", and others can read those posts from...."THE FUTURE!!!". man, I thought everyone knew this by now

It's because the forum was moved to a dedicated server, so the board's time offset setting isn't correct. The usual server probably had the time set about 12 hours behind this server, which is why the time is so out of wack.
