Help with Atari 2600 mods

Ok, I've hacked my Atari down to the 4x4 square, and I've used Ben's second mod found under his book section. Right now, I'm using a female RCA plug to display onto a t.v. When it is displayed on the television, the screen doesn't look correct; The color changes slightly from top to the bottom of the screen, and it changes randomly.

Also, I have the stock joystick ports wired up to make sure everything works, but it isn't working. I think I might have the ground wire not hooked up right. Does anyone know where I could find a wiring diagram for the ports?

Thanks, that pinout is exactly what I need. As for the video, I'm going to wire up the controller first and see of it works before messing with the mod again.

Okay, after finding my 2600 (it was under a bunch of papers from moving my room), I followed the pinout, and found out that I wired the plug up correctly the first time, and it was complete guessing. Howeverm, noy I think that either my joysticks don't work, or the controller plug on the mobo doesn't work. I'll have to keep plugging away at it, I guess.
