does any one know a website that has free playstation roms. I have found some but the server is always down

first off, there are no roms of cd's, they are cd images, mainly in the iso format.
second, thats illegal, dont ask here

well, you can get your hands on some PSX EXE's (mostly homebrew demos), but i don't know any adress.

ok well does any one know any place that i can find cd images to "turn them into the athorities"
