you stole my thunder, but I was going to guess prostitutes...

or they could be breeding a 'Chuman' army up in Canada. (where one still has the legal freedom to play God with the cloner) Chumans could have up to 8 litters a year, and would probably reach reproductive age rather quickly.

of course I've seen my share of movies, and when you breed armies of any 'slave-race' they'll turn on their master pretty quickly... Just ask the Egyptians. ...and then we have to build an army of killer robots to wipe out the killer apes, during the apeman/cyborg wars, and I'm sure I don't have to tell you how *that* turns out. better pick your side now.

CHECK THIS OUT:
1UP Compares the eerie parallels between the Dreamcast and the Xbox 360

Also, I discovered the Dreamcast-on-a-chip last night. Unfortunately, it is only the CPU and GPU; so the sound chip, RAM, and bus chips would still have to be added. Also, the bios would have to be reprogrammed. Any takers?

I'm still considering just resoldering the original chips to a custom board, replacing some chips with newer, lower power versions. Then use a 4in 640x480 screen from a PDA. It's doable but expensive. Anyone know where I can find the schematics for the Dreamcast's motherboard?

EDIT: I just took a look at the Dreamcast's motherboard. There is no way I'm resoldering that! I still want to make a small handheld dreamcast, but I guess the only current solution is using the original board. But once you remove everything else, the board isn't that big. Let me brainstorm...
