Military communities are the same way, people move every couple of years and have a weight limit of what they can take depending on where they are going and what their rank is. Our living room set is an off-white real leather sofa and love seat. After a thorough cleaning when I picked it up it was several shades closed to "white" as opposed to "off". The next weekend we had a yard sale and sold our old set for $50, so technically I made money by getting a leather sofa.
