Can I just use some LED's from radio shack? im not really into all that ordering off off digi-whatchamacallet if you can tell me where i can buy LED's at a store and the catalog # or type that would be great!!!!

Radioshack only sells 5mm white LEDs (and ridiculously overpriced ones at that), which are too big to fit in the PSone screen's backlight "box". You'll need to find some bright 3mm ones, and unless there's an electronics supply store somewhere near you, you're probably going to have to get them online.

well digikey has a minimum order of 25$ what are you complaining about, and to me 8$ is a good deal because you dont have to wait or pay for shipping!

you can buy what ever from digikey i always get order less than 25$
they just dont charge you shipping or something if it is over 25$

Digikey has a $5 handling charge if you spend less than $25. You can also try mouser.com; no minimum price from them.

Hm.. why do they say they run on AC? Unless they had a bridge rectifier you'd see it flashing at 30hz (not good for the eyes!)
