I made a diagram using the mother board's pin numbering, and felt I should share it for anyone who doesn't feel like drawing out.

On second thought, it probably is a better idea to put the cd drive in the lower half of the portable, though I'm not sure where I'll put it there...
I'll worry about the case later, for now I'm going to focus on getting everything wired up and everything I don't need off.
