I begin a project and I live in Europe (France), I bought a mini snes and psone LCD all in US.

So I could disable the lockout chip, but to switch 50/60Hz I don't understand this schema :

If you have to buy all thing, It's most expansive and difficult to make an psnes than buy a PSP with an emulator... I think...

Now, I just buy a snes mini with a lcd psone ...

I think the difference is only 50hz/60hz isn't it ?
