Assuming it's a standard NOAC, do I have the right pins for the controllers?

We'll find out in a few days time when I dig out my soldering iron!

If I get it working I'll make some documentation.

I'm guessing from your stunned silence that I'm either completely wrong, or completely right.

I'll try removing all the excess chips, and then add the wiring for the NES controllers before reporting back.
