Try reformatting your memstick to FAT 32.

I just tried that before running PSPGrader, and it still didn't work.

PSP Grader finishes quick, then I turn off my system, remove my normal battery and hold the left trigger while putting in the pandora battery. The screen stays blank so I wait for a ...

Yes I followed the same steps as in the thread. But nothing shows on screen when I put in the pandora battery and I even press x and waited for hours but nothing happened.
