Aww. 512 would have been enoug hfor an Atari 2600, but the board ruins it...

Step one - Find a nail with a shank the size of the head of the screw.

Step two - Take the nail and use a grinder (I used a bench grinder) to cut 3 distinct sides into the nail.

Step three - Unscrew the screw!

I used this method to take apart a GBA!
