can someone please explain this to me because i seem to be the only one who doesn't understand

You're still not making much sense. I usually connect things with wire, if that's what you're asking.

how do i do this? do i run wire from the regulator to the marked holes? I have no clue and i heard it was ...

i have a desoldering iron the one with a pump and i sucked up all the exces solder and pryed off the av jacks but the feet cracked off and are stuck in the board

they are desoldered but the one leg is stuck and it is a problem

never mind then but is there any way to get rid of the feet that i have stuck in the board because that is one thing that is impeding my progress. Its the J2 slot. Hopefully this is understandable
