Try removing the jumper pack and then reinserting it, sometime they're just not seated right or dirty.

Hey all- I've been looking all over the 'net for some info on the n64, you guys are the only ones that seem to know what you're talking about. I found an n64 along with the A/V cable (it was chewed up some) and was testing it out. Powers up fine, no smoke, but there's no A/V output at all (tested ...
