Anyways any one have any suggestions where i should start first after i rip the system apart?

I'm planning on making a Laptop Dreamcast and am wondering if anyone that lives around Omaha, Nebraska knows of a good place that could cut a custom designed case out of plastic thats decently priced?

Also what type of plastic should it be made out of?
