Nope. I mean, it's not like it'll burn you. It's just slightly warm.

I'm running it off of the standard 7.5v 3.0a PSone screen AC adapter.

Somewhere in the middle of the screen, on the left side, the PSone screen gets a little bit warm. Also, the screen itself gets a bit warm. Is this normal for it to get warm like that?

Ah, I only put it here because the saturn and dreamcast both run on Hitachi SH series processors and are by sega.

actually, the saturn doesn't have any voltage regulators. The PSOne screen has 2 7805s but it requires the 7v+ input to power the cathode light tube.
