so what voltage regulator should i use?

9.6v would work right ...with ps1 screen and genesis....

i need help...i need a battery to power 10v 850mah...if i get the right mah do i still have to get the right voltage...im tryin to power a sega genesis model 2 by i have know ideas at this point???
