Right Controll board question

as seen in Figure 7-23, page 158 in Ben's book, two parts that are used to build the right control board are not listed in the parts list. They are the .1uf capacitor and 1uf capacitor. Dont do it. It always happens to me, I sell the very first thing that I built like a portable, and I always end up regreting it. To fund extra projects, why dont you just work for it?

HELP

If you peeled off some a copper strip or two in the gerneral area of the IC chip on the left PC board, could you make an improvisation as lon as you make each connection go to its rightful place?

Im working on the controller board that has the A B buttons and Start select buttons and the video circuit on it for the NESp built by hand. But there is one problem. The labeling on in the book says it has a 48K ohms ristor. But the parts list says that they are supposed to be 47K ohms. Can you ...
